Effective 24 August 2026. These terms govern use of the public portfolio and system-representation site at infinity-folder.no.

Scope: this is an informational engineering portfolio and evidence surface. It is not a certification service, financial product, legal service, or guarantee of system performance.

1. Operator

The site is operated by Baygerych IFP Norge, organization number 936 546 730, Norway.

2. Informational purpose

Content describes Andriy Baygerych's engineering work, IFP/SAGE architecture, historical and current programme states, evidence methods, and available professional engagements. Content is provided for evaluation and discussion.

3. Claim boundaries

Each technical result is limited to its named evidence envelope. Integrity does not establish correctness. Package consistency does not establish the broader record. Testnet closure does not establish external demand or mainnet readiness. A governed admission does not establish value. Improvement does not grant authority.

4. No financial, legal, or compliance advice

Energy, trading, regulatory, cryptographic, governance, and AI-system content is not financial, investment, legal, compliance, or certification advice. The public energy predictor is explicitly held and is not presented as having a demonstrated predictive edge.

5. Experimental systems

IFP/SAGE and the live substrate are experimental engineering systems. Availability, state, interfaces, and behavior may change. A live view is not a service-level commitment.

6. External sites

GitHub, infinity-folder.org, and other external origins are separate services. Baygerych IFP Norge is not responsible for third-party availability, security, or content outside its control.

7. Intellectual property

Unless a specific repository or artifact states otherwise, site text, design, diagrams, and proprietary system descriptions are reserved. The public GitHub repository is governed by the license included in that repository. Patent NO/PT 20251414 is cited as background provenance only; the citation is not a representation about claim scope, validity, enforceability, or coverage of a particular page element.

8. No warranty

The site is provided as available without warranty of uninterrupted access, fitness for a particular purpose, or completeness. Visitors should independently verify load-bearing claims using the supplied evidence paths.

9. Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Baygerych IFP Norge is not responsible for decisions made solely from portfolio content, experimental outputs, or external links.
