Privacy / static portfolio build

Privacy notice.

Effective 24 August 2026. This notice describes the privacy posture of the static redesign supplied for infinity-folder.no.

Deployment check: update this notice if analytics, forms, accounts, advertising, additional cookies, or new processors are added after this static build is deployed.

1. Data controller

Baygerych IFP Norge, organization number 936 546 730, Norway, is the data controller for this website.

2. Data this build collects

The supplied static site contains no account system, first-party analytics, advertising trackers, marketing pixels, or contact form. It does not set a first-party application cookie.

3. Hosting and security logs

The hosting provider, content-delivery network, DNS provider, or security service may process IP addresses, request timestamps, user-agent strings, and similar request metadata for delivery, reliability, abuse prevention, and security. Retention and processing depend on the deployed hosting configuration.

4. Embedded live substrate

The live page embeds content from infinity-folder.org, a separate origin. Loading that frame sends a request to that domain and may expose normal request metadata. Visitors can avoid the embed by opening only the static pages or by blocking third-party frames.

5. External links

The site links to GitHub and other external services. Those services operate under their own privacy notices.

6. Legal basis

Where technical request data is processed for site delivery, security, and abuse prevention, the intended basis is legitimate interests under GDPR Article 6(1)(f). Where processing is required by law, Article 6(1)(c) may apply.

7. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection under the GDPR and Norwegian Personal Data Act. You may also complain to Datatilsynet.

8. Contact

Privacy inquiries can be directed to Baygerych IFP Norge at info@infinity-folder.no or by phone at +47 904 16 707.

9. Changes

This notice must be updated when the actual deployment changes the data flows described above.
